このたびは、当サマーキャンプにご関心をお寄せいただき、誠にありがとうございます。
お申込み前に、以下のキャンセルおよび返金ポリシーを必ずご確認ください。

🔐 【ご予約金(デポジット)について】

キャンプ参加の確定には、開始日の8週間前までに30,000円のご予約金のお支払いが必要です。

🗓 7月26日~29日のキャンプ:2026年5月31日(日)まで
🗓 8月4日~7日のキャンプ:2026年6月9日(火)まで
🗓 (予備)8月17日~20日のキャンプ:2026年6月22日(月)まで

※8月17日~20日のキャンプは追加開催の可能性がある日程です。実施が決定した場合のみ適用されます。
※ご予約金は、下記の返金規定に基づき返金対象となります。

💰 【キャンセルおよび返金規定】

キャンセルには、一律5,000円の事務手数料が発生いたします。
返金額は、キャンセルのご連絡をいただいた日付に基づき決定されます。

✅ 全額返金(事務手数料5,000円を除く)

・7月26日~29日:2026年5月31日まで
・8月4日~7日:2026年6月9日まで
・(予備)8月17日~20日:2026年6月22日まで

🔁 60%返金(事務手数料5,000円を除く)

・7月26日~29日:2026年6月1日~6月14日
・8月4日~7日:2026年6月10日~6月23日
・(予備)8月17日~20日:2026年6月23日~7月6日

🔁 40%返金(事務手数料5,000円を除く)

キャンセルのご連絡は、必ずメールによる書面通知にてお願いいたします。
返金は、キャンセル受付確認後、14営業日以内にご指定の口座へお振込みいたします。

Summer Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy


(Camps held July 26–29, August 4–7, and tentative August 17–20, 2026)

Thank you for your interest in our Summer Language & Cultural Camp.
Please review the following cancellation and refund policy carefully before registering.

🔐 Deposit Requirement

To secure your spot, a ¥30,000 deposit is required no later than 8 weeks prior to the camp start date.

🗓 July 26–29 Camp: Due by May 31, 2026 (Sunday)
🗓 August 4–7 Camp: Due by June 9, 2026 (Tuesday)
🗓 Tentative August 17–20 Camp: Due by June 22, 2026 (Monday)

The August 17–20 camp will only be held if additional capacity is needed.
Deposits are refundable according to the policy below.

💰 Cancellation & Refund Policy

A ¥5,000 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations.
Refund amounts are based on the date your written cancellation request is received.

✅ 100% Refund (minus ¥5,000 fee)

• By May 31, 2026 (July 26–29 camp)
• By June 9, 2026 (August 4–7 camp)
• By June 22, 2026 (tentative August 17–20 camp)

🔁 60% Refund (minus ¥5,000 fee)

• June 1–14, 2026 (July 26–29 camp)
• June 10–23, 2026 (August 4–7 camp)
• June 23–July 6, 2026 (tentative August 17–20 camp)

🔁 40% Refund (minus ¥5,000 fee)

• June 15–28, 2026 (July 26–29 camp)
• June 24–July 7, 2026 (August 4–7 camp)
• July 7–20, 2026 (tentative August 17–20 camp)

🔁 10% Refund (minus ¥5,000 fee)

• After June 28, 2026 (July 26–29 camp)
• After July 7, 2026 (August 4–7 camp)
• After July 20, 2026 (tentative August 17–20 camp)

✉️ How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after confirmation.
