(2025年8月3日~6日 および 8月18日~21日 開催)

このたびは、当サマーキャンプにご関心をお寄せいただき誠にありがとうございます。お申込み前に、下記のキャンセルおよび返金ポリシーを必ずご確認ください。

🔐 【ご予約金(デポジット)について

キャンプ参加の確定には、開始日の8週間前までに参加費の30%を目安としたご予約金のご入金が必要です。

🗓 8月3日~6日のキャンプ:ご予約金の支払期限は 2025年6月8日(日)

🗓 8月18日~21日のキャンプ:ご予約金の支払期限は 2025年6月23日(月)

※ ご予約金は、下記の返金スケジュールに従い、返金対象となります。

💰 【キャンセルおよび返金規定

キャンセルには、すべて5,000円の事務手数料が発生いたします。
返金金額は、キャンセルのご連絡をいただいた日付に基づき、以下の通り決定されます。

全額返金(事務手数料5,000円を除く)

8月3日~6日キャンプ:2025年6月8日までのキャンセル

8月18日~21日キャンプ:2025年6月23日までのキャンセル

🔁 60%返金(事務手数料5,000円を除く)

8月3日~6日キャンプ:2025年6月9日~6月22日

8月18日~21日キャンプ:2025年6月24日~7月7日

🔁 40%返金(事務手数料5,000円を除く)

8月3日~6日キャンプ:2025年6月23日~7月6日

8月18日~21日キャンプ:2025年7月8日~7月21日

🔁 10%返金(事務手数料5,000円を除く)

8月3日~6日キャンプ:2025年7月7日以降

8月18日~21日キャンプ:2025年7月22日以降

キャンセルのご連絡は、必ずメールにて書面での通知をお願いいたします。

返金はキャンセル受付確認後、14営業日以内に指定口座へお振込みいたします。

Summer Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy

(Camps held August 3–6 and August 18–21, 2025)

Thank you for your interest in our Summer Language & Cultural Camp. Please carefully review the cancellation and
refund policy below before registering.

🔐 Deposit Requirement

To secure your spot, a 30% deposit is required no later than 8 weeks before the start of camp.

🗓 For the August 3–6 Camp: Deposit due by June 8, 2025 (Sunday)

🗓 For the August 18–21 Camp: Deposit due by June 23, 2025 (Monday)

*This deposit is refundable according to the refund schedule below.

💰 Cancellation & Refund Policy

A ¥5,000 processing fee will be charged for any cancellation.
Refund amounts are based on the date your written cancellation request is received.

✅ 100% Refund (minus ¥5,000 processing fee)

Cancel by June 8, 2025 (for August 3–6 camp)

Cancel by June 23, 2025 (for August 18–21 camp)

🔁 60% Refund (minus ¥5,000 processing fee)

Cancel between June 9–22, 2025 (for August 3–6 camp)

Cancel between June 24–July 7, 2025 (for August 18–21 camp)

🔁 40% Refund (minus ¥5,000 processing fee)

Cancel between June 23–July 6, 2025 (for August 3–6 camp)

Cancel between July 8–July 21, 2025 (for August 18–21 camp)

Cancel after July 6, 2025 (for August 3–6 camp)

Cancel after July 21, 2025 (for August 18–21 camp)

✉️ How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation.
